Join A Gathering of Writers this Thursday, October 20, 7:30 p.m., at the Plymouth Coffee Bean Co. (884 Penniman, Plymouth, MI 48170; 734-454-0178) for readings by Elizabeth Kerlikowske. Open mic performances are also welcome and encouraged.
Elizabeth Kerlikowske is a native of Michigan and has been profoundly influenced by the seasons, the water, and the landscape. Her most recent little book is Her Chores from Binge Press. A bigger book, Rib, was published last summer by Pudding House Press. The biggest book, The Shape of Dad, is available from March Street Press. She teaches at Kellogg Community College and is the president of a non-profit dedicated to poetry.
