Oaken Transformations Sculpture & Poetry Walk will be hosting three accomplished poets—Eric Torgerson, Billy Reynolds, and Z.G. Tomaszewski—who will inaugurate the newest poems to be added to the catalogue of work that lines the grounds at Oaken. Also, there will be a short talk about conserving natural spaces. It all takes place at the When Art Meets Nature event on Sunday, August 12th, 2012, 1-4 p.m. Readings start at 1 p.m. with live jazz to follow, 2-4 p.m. Refreshments will be provided. The art & poetry walk will be open for tours during the entire event.
