Submit up to 8 pages of poetry in English. View guidelines and submit work via Submittable. Unsolicited poetry in translation will be considered, but please be aware that most translations published in Aufgabe are by solicitation. (Art is by solicitation only.) Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but please withdraw work that is accepted elsewhere as soon as possible. Review of past issues of Aufgabe is strongly encouraged before submitting. The reading period for submissions for essays, notes, and reviews section will be announced separately. Essays, notes and reviews are not accepted at this time.
Temenos Special Edition – Call for submissions for Fall 2012 print and online editions – Deadline: October 5, 2012
Submit poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and artwork, as well as a brief cover letter, contact information, and third person bio of 50-150 words. All documents must be submitted as .doc or .rtf attachments (not .docx), via temenos.submittable.com/submit
The proceeds from the Fall 2012 Temenos Special Edition will be donated to the Isabella County Human Rights Committee for their work supporting local LGBTQI youth.

Great Lakes Book Project – Call for submissions for Great Lakes-themed anthology; estimated publication in December 2012 – Deadline: September 1, 2012
Submit a 500-5000 word creative non-fiction piece about the lakes. Selected authors will receive a complimentary copy of the book. 15% of the proceeds will be
